At Rosa Mortgages, we can offer you more than just a mortgage. We understand that time is precious, and mortgages can be daunting. We are here to advise, educate, support and take care of you throughout the process, as well as take on the burden to help to give you back valuable time. We feel that every client is unique and you should benefit from a mortgage that suits your needs and circumstances. We will tailor our advice to you as an individual, meaning you will never have to ‘fit’ with a lender – we will aim to find a lender who fits with you!

Products and services

We offer full and comprehensive support to our clients, which includes sourcing and arranging a mortgage for you. We have access to a wide range of lenders, including banks, building societies, intermediary only and specialist lenders. As well as mortgage advice, we can help to arrange personal insurance policies, such as; life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and even building and contents insurance.

We are also able to refer you to specialists for commercial and bridging finance.

What fees can I expect to pay

Our initial consultation period is completely free, which includes carrying out extensive research on your behalf to place you with the most suited lender to your circumstances. You will not be charged a fee until we have submitted a mortgage application.

Existing Clients Remortgage £199 upon full mortgage offer
Product transfer with your existing lender £0
Additional fee for Buy to Let/Adverse Credit Lender £150 upon Application
(followed by the standard £399 upon mortgage offer)
